At In Motion Physio is used a hands-on approach to physiotherapy care. During each appointment your physiotherapist will evaluate and treat your injury using manual therapy-based skills. At In Motion Physio you will not be treated with passive, generic modalities (such as TENS or laser) and you will not be treated solely with prescribed exercise (although patient-specific exercises remain an important part of treatment!). Hands-on, manual-therapy treatments are effective, patient-specific, and evidence-based and provide the most benefit for our clients.
Exercises are an important part of your treatment and we know that most of you don’t really like to do them. This is why in In Motion Physio we will build exciting and fun exercising programs tailored to your needs and that you can do in the comfort of your own home Tricks & tips to prevent and maintain better and healthier living.
